Initial Contact
We follow a process to make sure that we can get you what you need. As part of our initial contact after your enquiry we will always ask the following questions..
Timescale- We need to understand this to ensure that we can deliver your project within the timeframe you have set. It's also important to note that prices can change over time so we need to ensure we have priced your project as accurately as possible as we always quote a fixed price. This gives you peace of mind. Our quotations are always clearly set out with an expiry date.
Budget- This is vital. Without it we really don't know where to begin! We understand that everyone has a different sized scheme in mind and we will work with you to get you the best value for your budget. We can supply equipment for small and large projects alike.
Once we have a better picture of your requirements we can then plan out our next steps together to try to make your ideas a reality.
Design
In order to make sure that we understand your requirements fully we will more often than not undertake a site visit prior to providing a quotation to understand the project fully. It's vital at this meeting that all decision makers are present to ensure that we have fully understood your brief and your requirements. During this meeting a member of our team will discuss what you would like and make suggestions where necessary. We will also draw the site fully to scale to ensure that our team can then fit all your chosen products and surfacing into the space available.
We offer a range of play equipment in various materials meaning that we can help you to create the space that you would like. As we have over 25 years of expertise we are more than happy to give suggestions based on your requirements.
Once we have all of the information and the site survey has been undertaken we will then email you a proposal with the products that we are suggesting with an indicative cost. This is your opportunity to give us some feedback and for us to check that we have understood your requirements correctly. If we haven't let us know and we will make the changes you need to get the project right for you. It's our job to get the space the way you want it so please feel free to give us lots of feedback to make sure we can do this for you.
Once you have confirmed that you are happy with our suggestions we will then prepare you a fully costed breakdown with a quotation detailing all of the agreed products. Our quotations are very straightforward and line itemise the products. We work to fixed price quotations for your peace of mind. We pride ourselves on being extremely competitive. Our quotations all have an expiry date on and you are able to accept a quotation through our system. If the quotation expires and you would like to go ahead please get in touch so that we relook at your project for you.
We are able to produce both 2D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawing and also 3D Visuals. Any CAD drawing is unique to you, and every detail down to the equipment, colour scheme, surfacing and fencing will all be seen. We've got lots of examples of these so if you would like to have a look just get in touch and our team will happily email you over some.
Installation
After you have accepted your quotation we’ll get to work on installing your new play or sports area. We utilise our in-house expertise to ensure your project is completed in a timely and professional manner. We prepare detailed plans for our installation team prior to them arriving to install your new area. We also undertake pre start meetings to make sure that everything runs smoothly. This means that we are super efficient during installations. We are experts in planning and delivery installations and have over 25 years of doing this. Installation time obviously varies from project to project so we will give you an estimated installation time and then keep you updated throughout. We are able to provide Gantt charts if required.
We are a fully accredited CHAS and Construction Line member. We also hold a high level of insurance cover. We can provide a copy of our insurance cover as well as our Health and Safety policy on request.
We have a number of extremely impressed clients and can provide you with references of many happy clients from many different sectors on request.
Installations vary depending upon a variety of factors associated with the specific project. Once all plans are finalised and signed off, we will produce a project delivery plan for our clients informing them of our installation schedule. For larger projects, we will also produce gantt charts where required.
Project management
We’ll manage the entire project for you from start to finish, and we’ll be with you every step of the way to answer questions while we bring your play or sports area to life. We’ll ensure timely delivery and ensure that all project goals are completed successfully to a high standard.
Safety
Every play area and sports pitch project we complete complies with all the necessary sport and play standards. User safety is imperative to everything we do; we take care to ensure that equipment, flooring and spatial requirements are met with the highest safety standards. We take this into consideration from the concept stage and build safety into your design. Our qualified installation team carry out extensive checks pre and post-completion, and we only supply licensed equipment. We are a fully accredited CHAS member and have a full Health and Safety Policy. A copy of this alongside details of all the insurances we hold are available upon request.
Your equipment needs
The equipment featured in a play or sports area is a vital part of the project. Fine details from layout, down to which play structures and or stand alone equipment to feature are what really bring the area to life; after all, the users probably aren’t too concerned with how the drainage works! But feel rest assured that users will be the first to inform you if there's an issue with your facility and that’s why Morti Sport and Play consider all the groundwork and drainage requirements during site consultation.
We can offer you the most modern, safe and accessible equipment suitable for a variety of areas in many different materials including Timber, Robinia and Stainless Steel for the most demanding of areas. Coupled with our understanding of how a space should be designed, and taking into consideration how an area will be used, we can advise you on the equipment that will best suit your needs.

We enjoy nothing more than working with schools, councils, holiday parks, architects and anyone else looking to improve one of their spaces. It doesn’t matter if you have an extremely difficult site that you’re concerned will be expensive to refurbish, or if you have very specific needs that you’ve found other companies cannot accommodate.
