Play trains and ride-on play vehicles are themed, static play units shaped as locomotives, carriages, cars, trucks and rollers. They are built for imaginative, role-led play: children climb aboard to drive, ride and tell stories together, building social and communication skills alongside gentle physical play. Several pieces double as climb-and-slide structures, and the modular train carriages can be installed on their own or linked into a longer train to suit your space. Built for busy public playgrounds

Our play vehicles are built from galvanised, powder-coated steel with hard-wearing, three-layer colour HDPE bodywork, stainless-steel slides where fitted and anti-corrosion, plastic-capped fixings. Every unit is manufactured to the BS EN 1176 playground equipment standard and backed by our standard warranty: 48 months on the whole unit, 10 years on HDPE panels and 15 years on structural steelwork. Impact-absorbing surfacing appropriate to each unit's free-fall height is required where there is a climb or slide, and we can advise on the right surface for your site.
