What are animal-themed climbing frames?

Animal-themed climbing frames are play structures shaped as oversized creatures — ants, elephants, spiders and more — that combine rope nets, climbing walls and slides into one characterful unit. They pair physical challenge with imaginative, story-led play, drawing children in to climb, balance and explore while building strength and coordination. Our Animal Planet range brings this themed climbing to schools, parks and visitor attractions.

The range

With 12 themed climbers in the Animal Planet range, there's a piece for every age group and space, with prices from £5,700:

• Toddler play sets — the Bee Play Set with Slide and Ladybird Play Set with Slide, with gentle climbs and slides for the youngest.
• Rope-net climbers — three-dimensional structures such as the Spider Net Climber, Parrot Net Climber, Elephant and Seal Climbing Frames.
• Climb-slide-spin combinations — the Ant Climbing Frame and Grasshopper Play Set with Carousel, mixing rope, wall, slide and spin in one character.
• Robinia destination pieces — the natural-timber Rhino Play Structure as a landmark centrepiece for larger schemes.

Built for busy public playgrounds

Our themed climbers are built from zinc-primed, powder-coated steel or naturally durable robinia-acacia timber, with steel-cored PP climbing rope, stainless-steel slides, colour HDPE panels and anti-corrosion fixings. Every unit is manufactured to BS EN 1176 and backed by our standard warranty: 48 months on the whole unit, 10 years on HDPE panels and 15 years on structural steelwork. Impact-absorbing surfacing appropriate to the free-fall height is required, and we can advise on the right surface for your site.

Who installs Morti themed climbers

Our Animal Planet range is specified by primary schools, nurseries and early-years settings, SEND and special schools, local authorities and parish councils, housing developers, holiday parks, farm parks, zoos and visitor attractions. We're happy to provide specifications and quotations to support a funding bid or tender, including school capital budgets, Section 106 contributions and local grants.
