Commercial Outdoor Furniture – Benches & Litter Bins

What is commercial outdoor furniture?

Commercial outdoor furniture is the seating and waste equipment that finishes a public space — the park benches, picnic benches and litter bins that turn a playground, school ground or park into somewhere people want to spend time. Unlike domestic garden furniture, it is built for constant, unsupervised public use: heavy-duty, weather-resistant and ground-anchored to withstand years of footfall and the British weather. Morti supplies outdoor furniture to sit alongside our playground range, so a whole scheme can be specified from one place.

The range

Our outdoor furniture range covers the essentials for a well-finished play area or public space, with prices from £625:

• Park & seat benches — robust outdoor benches with and without backrests for playgrounds, school grounds, parks and the public realm, designed to be anchored or bolted securely in place.
• Picnic benches — sociable bench-and-table units for outdoor dining, breaktimes and outdoor classrooms, sized for children and adults.
• Litter & recycling bins — open-top and covered litter bins, from compact playground bins to larger park bins and multi-bin recycling sets, to help keep sites clean and tidy.

Built to last outdoors

Morti outdoor furniture is engineered for heavy, year-round public use. Frames are built from durable, weather-resistant materials with anti-corrosion, anti-vandal fixings and a choice of ground-anchoring or bolt-down installation, and finishes are chosen to shrug off the weather and everyday wear. Seating and bins are designed to coordinate with each other and with the wider playground range, so a site reads as one considered scheme rather than a collection of odd pieces. Every product is backed by our standard commercial warranty, and we can advise on the right fixings and layout for your surface.

Who buys Morti outdoor furniture

Our outdoor furniture is specified by primary and secondary schools, nurseries and early-years settings, SEND and special schools, local authorities and parish councils, housing developers, holiday parks, pubs and visitor attractions — often as the finishing touch on a new playground or public-realm scheme. We're happy to provide the specifications and quotations needed to support a funding bid or tender, including school capital budgets, Section 106 contributions and local grants.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell benches and bins separately or only as a set? Every item is available individually, so you can order a single bench or bin, mix seating and waste together, or coordinate a matching set across a site.

Can the furniture be fixed down for security? Yes — our benches and bins are designed for permanent installation, with ground-anchoring or bolt-down fixings to deter theft and vandalism in public areas.

Is it suitable for school playgrounds? Yes — the range is built for busy, unsupervised public use and coordinates with our playground equipment, making it ideal for schools, nurseries and parks.
