Equipment for housing developmentsFrequently asked questions
What safety standards do you work to?
Play equipment is designed and installed to BS EN 1176, safety surfacing to EN 1177, and outdoor fitness equipment to BS EN 16630. Post-installation inspection documentation is provided with every project.
Can you provide budget costs before a site survey?
Yes. We can give indicative budget costs from your site dimensions and requirements, usually within one working day of your enquiry. A site survey then confirms the final specification.
Do you install the equipment yourselves?
We design, supply and install. All survey, design and installation work is carried out by our own DBS-checked teams — we don't subcontract installation — and every project is signed off by our project manager before handover.
Are you accredited for public sector procurement?
Yes. We're CHAS accredited and a Constructionline Gold member, with £10m public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request for procurement.
Do you offer annual inspection and maintenance?
Yes. Our annual inspection and maintenance contracts keep your warranty valid, support your duty of care and extend the life of the equipment.
Can wheelchair users use an in-ground trampoline?
Yes, on our wheelchair-accessible model. It sits flush with the ground, so the chair rolls straight onto the slatted mat. A helper creates the bounce, one user at a time.
Can an in-ground trampoline go on grass?
Our wheelchair-accessible trampoline has a free-fall height of 0.9 m, so BS EN 1176-1 allows grass or turf around it. For wheelchair users, though, a firm surface level with the rim works better. Each product page shows the fall height and surfacing needed.
What does installing an in-ground trampoline involve?
We dig a pit slightly larger than the frame (40 cm deep for the wheelchair model), set the frame level and flush, then finish the surround. Our own team does all of it.
