Overview
Two exercise stations on one compact base. On the pendulum, children hold the handles and swing their legs smoothly side to side; on the jumping jack, they open and close their legs in a star-jump movement. Both mobilise the hips and lower back and strengthen the core, abdominal and back muscles while developing balance. The movements are easy to learn and need no added resistance, and built-in stops limit leg travel to 55° to prevent crushing injuries. Two children can use the unit at once, making it a space-efficient choice for school playgrounds, PE areas and parks. Certified to BS EN 16630 for outdoor fitness equipment.
