Overview
A seated push-pull trainer for primary-age children. Sitting on the seat with their feet on the footplates, children pull the handle towards them while straightening their legs, then return to the start — one flowing movement that works the chest, arms, upper back and legs together. It uses body weight only, with no added resistance, so the effort matches the user. A more demanding station than an air walker or twister, it adds whole-body strength work to a children's fitness circuit at schools, parks and leisure sites. Suitable for children aged 6–13. Certified to BS EN 16630 for outdoor fitness equipment.
