Overview
A sit-up bench and a back extension on one frame, so two children can build core strength side by side. On the bench, children lie face up with feet hooked under the bar and curl the upper body a few centimetres off the bench; on the back extension, they rest their hips on the pad face down and lower and lift the upper body. Together the two stations strengthen the abdominal and back muscles that support good posture. Suitable for children aged 6–13. Built from powder-coated steel with HDPE pads and certified to BS EN 16630 for outdoor fitness equipment.
