What safety standards do you work to?
Play equipment is designed and installed to BS EN 1176, safety surfacing to EN 1177, and outdoor fitness equipment to BS EN 16630. Post-installation inspection documentation is provided with every project.
Can you provide budget costs before a site survey?
Yes. We can give indicative budget costs from your site dimensions and requirements, usually within one working day of your enquiry. A site survey then confirms the final specification.
Do you install the equipment yourselves?
We design, supply and install. All survey, design and installation work is carried out by our own DBS-checked teams — we don't subcontract installation — and every project is signed off by our project manager before handover.
Are you accredited for public sector procurement?
Yes. We're CHAS accredited and a Constructionline Gold member, with £10m public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request for procurement.
Do you offer annual inspection and maintenance?
Yes. Our annual inspection and maintenance contracts keep your warranty valid, support your duty of care and extend the life of the equipment.
Can trim trail elements go on grass?
Many can. Where an element's free-fall height is 1.0 m or less, BS EN 1176-1 allows grass or turf, which keeps costs down on grassed sites. Higher elements need EN 1177 impact-absorbing surfacing. Each product page shows the fall height and surfacing needed.
Can we build a trim trail in stages?
Yes. Trim trails are made up of separate elements, so you can start with a few key pieces and add more as budget allows. We'll plan the full layout and safety zones from the start so later phases fit.
